Kansas City officials are planning a multimillion-dollar parade for Feb. 15 if the Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. Plans were discussed during a Kansas City Council committee meeting Wednesday morning. A council committee approved spending $750,000 from the city’s Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund for costs of parade security, decorations and equipment. That expenditure will be considered by the full Council Thursday afternoon.
